the location was good for my event. the breakfast was okay (though nothing special).
the room i had was pretty basic. the pool changing rooms were not clean, and the sauna was out of order. i found this frustrating as i specifically wanted to use those amenities.

The location was perfect for the arena, literally steps away. the room had comfortable twin beds and a super clean bathroom with fluffy towels. i appreciated that the concierge stored our luggage before check-in, great to explore nearby shops. all staff members were cute and professional. I felt very well looked after.
the minibar selection seemed very limited, i thought.

The breakfast choices were extensive. It was quite acceptable.
I found several issues. the minibar items were overpriced. I could not use the fridge for my own beverages. furthermore, loud music from a party was audible in my room at midnight. It disrupted my sleep.

The location was next to the arena where I attended a concert.
I had issues with the room temperature. It was uncomfortably warm. The heating system made a VERY loud noise throughout the night, disrupting my sleep. the minibar's limited selection was disappointing.

The venue accommodates many events simultaneously. The gym has suitable equipment. I used the pool. I found the location useful for the event. The bed was comfy. I enjoyed the shower. Breakfast included a latte, , made my day. Staff was friendly and helpful at the reception. I liked the modern decor.
Slippers were not standard. They are reserved for executive rooms.
