adequate stay with some letdowns
unclean changing rooms broken sauna
the location was good for my event. the breakfast was okay (though nothing special).
the room i had was pretty basic. the pool changing rooms were not clean, and the sauna was out of order. i found this frustrating as i specifically wanted to use those amenities.

wonderful wembley stay!
perfect location comfortable beds super clean bathroom cute staff
The location was perfect for the arena, literally steps away. the room had comfortable twin beds and a super clean bathroom with fluffy towels. i appreciated that the concierge stored our luggage before check-in, great to explore nearby shops. all staff members were cute and professional. I felt very well looked after.
the minibar selection seemed very limited, i thought.

breakfast offered a great choice, satisfying many tastes. the staff were attentive and accommodating, especially with dietary needs. the executive lounge provided enjoyable snacks and drinks before events, so i had a really nice time.

The building was excellent, and the facilities felt very well-kept. the rooftop bar offered beautiful views. It was a treat. although i didn't use the gym, other guests mentioned it was fabulous. It sounded good.

overpriced minibar loud music
The breakfast choices were extensive. It was quite acceptable.
I found several issues. the minibar items were overpriced. I could not use the fridge for my own beverages. furthermore, loud music from a party was audible in my room at midnight. It disrupted my sleep.

The location was next to the arena where I attended a concert.
I had issues with the room temperature. It was uncomfortably warm. The heating system made a VERY loud noise throughout the night, disrupting my sleep. the minibar's limited selection was disappointing.

The venue accommodates many events simultaneously. The gym has suitable equipment. I used the pool. I found the location useful for the event. The bed was comfy. I enjoyed the shower. Breakfast included a latte, , made my day. Staff was friendly and helpful at the reception. I liked the modern decor.
Slippers were not standard. They are reserved for executive rooms.

The room was a king guest room. it had a huge bed i found quite comfortable. the bathroom was very clean, i saw no issues. the bar on the ninth floor had a view of wembley. I enjoyed that.
